Our take on a lighter version of baked cheesecake. Infused with Genmaicha and adorned with mixed citrus confit of yuzu and grapefruit pulps. This combination loosens the heaviness of cheesecake and makes an endless aftertaste. 

The layering includes:
• Light genmaicha mousse
• Genmaicha almond sponge
• Yuzu confit with grapefruit pulp
• Genmaicha baked cheesecake
• Salted cheesecake base

(Every cake includes a candle and a plastic knife.)
