Delivery and Pickup

• We are using in-house cold truck delivery and third party car delivery for all online orders.
  
• Please note that neither our in-house truck delivery nor our third-party car delivery offers doorstep service. Kindly meet the delivery driver to collect your cakes upon their arrival.😊
  
• The delivery driver will hang around for up to 10 minutes at the spot you've chosen for delivery. So kindly make sure the recipient is contactable/present during the delivery time, else the cake will be returned to our kitchen. If you'd like a second attempt, there will be a double charge for the delivery.
  
• If you're in a high-rise building like an apartment, condo, mall or office tower, please pick up your order at the drop-off point.

If you are arranging your own dispatch to pick up the cake from us, please ensure you opt for car delivery to maintain the cake's condition in an air-conditioned environment during transit. Kindly inform the driver your order number and our contact number.

(*Please be advised that Enchante cannot take responsibility for damages to the cake or product if bike delivery is insisted upon by the customer.)
