Delivery and Pickup

• We are using in-house cold truck delivery and third party car delivery for all online orders.
  
• Please note that neither our in-house truck delivery nor our third-party car delivery offers doorstep service. Kindly meet the delivery driver to collect your cakes upon their arrival.😊
  
• The delivery driver will hang around for up to 10 minutes at the spot you've chosen for delivery. So kindly make sure the recipient is contactable/present during the delivery time, else the cake will be returned to our kitchen. If you'd like a second attempt, there will be a double charge for the delivery.
  
• If you're in a high-rise building like an apartment, condo, mall or office tower, please pick up your order at the drop-off point.

A Quick Heads-Up for Third-Party Cake Pickup

📌When arranging for a third-party driver to pick up your cake, please go for CAR DELIVERY to ensure the cake remains intact.

📌Please inform the driver of your order number (e.g., E1234), which can be found in your order confirmation email.

📌For coordination, our contact number is +6016-3264680. Kindly provide this to your arranged driver.

(*Please be advised that Enchante cannot take responsibility for damages to the cake or product if bike delivery is insisted upon by the customer.)
