Do you offer customization or personalized orders?
We do have some 3D name personalisation add-on for some of the cakes. Do check with our Customer Service if you are unsure. We don’t offer cake customisation at the moment.

Is your cake halal?
We are using the finest and Muslim-friendly ingredients here at Enchante Patisserie. Understood some may have specific dietary requirements or preferences, feel free to reach out to our customer service for more information.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All of our products are made without preservative, hence we recommend consuming the cakes within 2 to 3 days (and Paris-brest within 2 days) for the fullest flavour and texture experience.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free)?
This is definitely in our list! We had a limited release of a gluten-free cake during Christmas in 2022, do follow us on Instagram for special releases like this.
