Bijoux is made of almond sponge with a crispy hazelnut base, topped with yuzu cremeux, apple coulis, and earl grey mousse for the scallop-shaped cake. We adorned the cake with a light and airy vanilla chantilly to elevate the hint of sweetness.

"When I arrived to collect the cake, I asked the attendant if they could provide an ice pack or something to help keep the cake fresh."

"The attendant simply said they didn't provide any ice packs, which was fine,
but then they mentioned that the cake would only last for two hours.
We expect at least to be informed before purchase there is no ice packs are provided."

One of the attendants rudely remarked to me that this was common knowledge and I should have known.
The attitude of the attendant was very poor when saying this."
