Blush is a gentle expression of romance — soft, nuanced, and quietly indulgent.

A creation begins with a speculoos base, offering warm spice and a delicate crunch. Layers of light Viennese sponge are brushed with strawberry syrup, enhancing moisture while amplifying the natural sweetness of ripe fruit.

At its heart, fresh mixture of Local and Korean strawberries and strawberry jam bring a bright, juicy acidity, balanced by two airy creams: a fragrant Earl Grey chantilly delicately infused with tea leaves, and a silky vanilla chantilly that rounds the flavours with warmth and softness.

Crafted by a World Pastry Champion, Blush is a study in balance — where tea meets fruit, softness meets structure, and sweetness never overwhelms.

Storage:
Our desserts are temperature-sensitive, as they are meticulously crafted with intricate layering to deliver a delightful sensory experience. They can last for 35 minutes at room temperature and up to an hour when it is below 24 degrees Celsius. Upon receiving your order, kindly refrigerating the cake at 4–10°C immediately, until you are ready to serve.
